Tuesday, March 18 | Terminix Wildlife was expected but Terminix Bugs showed up about 8:30. ALAN SCHOEPS asked if we called for additional service, and I said no, but that we were expecting Wildlife. I gave a short story and asked if he could confirm that the Wildlife people would be out later in the morning. Alan (mobile 331-401-0125) went to the truck to call his boss – JEFF (?) @ 847-243-7083. He reported that Jeff would be looking into it and would call me later in the morning. NO RETURN CALL FROM JEFF. |
I called my account contact – BRIAN GORGIUS – and it went to his voicemail. I provided details of events that have occurred and explained that, with $1700 already in, I was feeling frustrated … that people showed up and didn’t do what was expected, that no one was returning my calls, that no one has come up with a plan moving forward, that no progress has been made in resolving my original issue. I also called KEVIN MALONEY’s number and he picked up. Apparently, based on a call from Alan (?), Kevin was looking into the situation, specifically why the account was transferred to the Rockford area (from Aurora area), noting that the Rockford area doesn’t even have an extraction group. I expressed my general frustration, recalling that he and I already spoken (and I never got a follow-up) – he explained that he would call after he had assessed the situation and determined the plan going forward.
